Hiking and activity vacations
in the Valser Valley |
| |
| The idyllic mountain village Vals
is located in the Valser Valley, a tributary valley of the South
Tyrolean Puster Valley. To the north, the Valser Valley is protected
by the tall Pfunderer Mountains and towards the south, offers
a wonderful view of the Dolomites, among them the Geisler peaks.
Vals, with its about 600 inhabitants is part of the
parish Mühlbach, just like the villages Mühlbach,
Spinges and Meransen. It is located at the pleasant altitude
of 1.350 meter above sea level. Enjoy your vacation amidst green
forests and meadows, far away from the hustle and bustle and
the noise of traffic. Should you feel like going shopping or
a stroll through a larger city, the Episcopal town of Brixen
is only a 19 km drive away. |
